What is a food truck park?
In planning our vision for Roots & Bitters Food Truck Park, we’ve encountered many people unfamiliar with the concept.
If you’ve visited larger cities like Seattle, Portland, or Austin, you may have seen groupings of food carts, and every park can have a different atmosphere. Our favorites are in Bend, OR, where they incorporate a bar with the food trucks and have open space for gathering and playing.
Our food truck park is similar in that we will have a variety of independent food carts in one spot, but our location is intentionally designed to be a beautiful place to gather with friends, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and take in the natural beauty of the Bitterroot Valley. There will be lots of open space to play, watch movies, listen to music, and just relax.
Our full bar will offer wine, beer, cider, batch cocktails, kombuchas, sodas (made in-house), and espresso drinks sourced from local breweries, cideries, distilleries, coffee roasters, and syrups that we make in-house!
